Speed Sessions

Get out of your shoes, access the facia and Achilles, and feel your body move fast! Strength, power, and elasticity are all super important and when you learn to use them with perfect timing you get speed!

My speed sessions are for everyone and benefit all sports and all ages.   I have athletes from ages 4 to 80 years old.

Session includes:

  • Speed Fundamentals based on the American and Jamaican model
  • You will develop sprinter strength by learning advanced plyometrics, acceleration, max velocity positions, and high-speed direction change techniques.

Can you come twice a week?
Yes ! (Price adjustment, see website).

What if I have multiple children is there a package deal? 
Yes! I always look after multiple sibllings as I know life is expensive and I don’t want children to miss out on this! (Price adjustment, see website).

Can I do this in season even if I’m playing games and training?
Yes! In fact I would encourage. It allows you to check the body over, assist in recovery and work on injury preventive patterns the only speed can provide!

Are the sessions only for fit young people?
No, anyone and everyone can and should learn to move fast. It is the pure definition of “functional”. All sessions allow for the individual to move at their own pace to ensure they are safe and developed correctly.
