Overview
These sessions focus on movement fundamentals, speed, explosiveness, and mobility.
Students must complete every exercise proficiently before moving on to the next level. This allows them to excel individually rather than be locked into a program based on team averages. Students forge their own path to completion. True differentiation!

The program enables students who master certain movements to advance to more challenging options. This format promotes excellence in every session, empowering students to control their journey toward mastering these physical movements.
The performance curriculum is linked to an exercise progression chart template, guiding students towards advanced lifts with the final goal of autonomy (mastery).
