My Philosophy behind “Bodybuilder 1.0 “
Hypertrophy through focused mind muscle connection is key. Form over load in all lifts and slowly progress with each session by small incremental amounts. Delivered as a high-volume, Pull, Push, Legs program that aims to compete 8 to 10 working sets per major body group. This is to elicit growth and to build conditioning to handle heavier loads as you progress through the program.
This is great program to run in between strength power programs like Panther and Hybrid.
